Chefs from the six Mazzone Hospitality restaurants gathered at Angelo’s Prime Bar + Grill in Clifton Park, NY to learn how to make the Citrus Carpaccio on Wednesday, February 12. From February 19 through May, proceeds from the diabetic-friendly dessert at each Mazzone Hospitality restaurant will benefit the American Diabetes Association’s Saratoga Springs Tour de Cure. Assemblyman Jim Tedisco (R,C,I-Glenville) recently presented Clifton Park resident Constance Lenore Glasgow-Styles, MD, who is celebrating her 80th birthday, with an official New York State Assembly citation for her outstanding service to the residents of the 112th Assembly District. “Dr. Glasgow-Styles didn’t just break through the glass ceiling. She shattered it. She has helped care for generations of Clifton Park-area children.  Dr. Glasgow-Styles has devoted her life to the field of medicine serving as a solo practitioner, teacher, mentor, and medical missionary and was the first pediatrician to open a medical practice in Clifton Park in 1967 – where she still practices,” said Tedisco.Pictured in the photo L-R: Assemblyman Jim Tedisco, children Scott Styles and Auria Styles, Lenore Glasgow-Styles, MD, husband Twitty Styles, PhD, Professor Emeritus at Union College.
