CDPW JPW Superbowl Champions

The Bethlehem Eagles defeated the North Colonie Bison on Saturday, November 17th at Bleecker Stadium to win the 2012 Capital District Pop Warner Football Junior Pee Wee Superbowl. The Champion Eagles finished with a record of 10-1, and avenged their only loss in the regular season by defeating the same Albany team in a semi-final playoff game. Bethlehem didn't give up a single point to any of its three playoff opponents. The Junior Pee Wee Eagles, ranging in age form 9 to 11 years, are Jack Anguish, Daniel Bailey, Anthony Canova, Lucas Carlson, Ryan Cartwright, Jack Gannon, Tyhg Manuel, Derek Martelle, Hunter McAuliffe, Dermot McDonough, Edward McDonough, Reis Newborn, Nathaniel Quackenbush, Nicholas Quackenbush, Jason Rappazzo, Tyler Schoonmaker, Michael Turoski, Nicholas Zigrosser and Zach Zonca. Their coaches are Rich Anguish, Mike Bailey, Larry Cartwright, Chris Manuel, Joe McAuliffe and Roger McDonough.

Spring Renegades 12U Win AABC

Spring Renegades 12U defeated Clifton Park at the Spring Complex to advance to AABC Regionals in Springfield, MA on July 18. Spring went 5-0 in tourney and delievered 23 home runs. As nine year olds in 2009, Spring won the AABC World Series in Oklahoma.
