Leah Moran, of Stillwater, signs national letter of intent  at Academy of Holy Names.  The high school senior will compete in track and field next year at Indiana University of the Big Ten Conference. Moran is a high school All American in both the long jump and triple jump.  She has four NYS championships to her credit, with time for more before she becomes a Hoosier. She is pictured with Academy of the Holy Names Athletic Director and Coach, Carlo Cherubino.

Academy of the Holy Names Senior Kaylee Scott, pictured with Coach Carlo Cherubino,  signs a National Letter of Intent to compete in Cross Country and Track and Field at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. 
Kaylee qualified for the NY State Cross Country Championship meet every year since coming to Holy Names as a freshman. She placed 4th in her sophomore year and was a member of the cross country team that won the NYS Class B championship. She finished in 5th place her junior year.
She qualified for the indoor NY State meet in 9th and 10th grade. In outdoor track, Kaylee won the Division II 3000m State Championship her freshman year.

Freshman Boys quads at the finish line on Saratoga Lake on Saturday, May 4.  Saratoga (middle) finished first, Niskayuna (left) second, and Shaker was third in the Freshman Boys Quad race of the NYS Section II Regatta this past weekend.  The boats' routes are visible in the water.

Academy of the Holy Names 4 x 800 relay team of Catherine Maloy, Kaitlin Close, Estela Smith and Leah Triller, took first at the high profile Millrose Games in Manhattan. Their time of 9:09:01 stands as the fastest in the United States for high schools this season and stands as the second fastest in NY Section II history.
